Great for veg prep

me and my mom are both vegans, this helps a lot cause it cut so smoothly,

but a little bit easy to rust

wonderful carbon steel

firstly saw this knife in my cousin's kitchen and immediately wanted one for myself. It works perfectly especially when chopping onions! >_<

The price is a bit higher than those i ever had, but honestly, its totally worth it. It looks great, and cuts effortlessly
